RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as all our products are customized as per order requirements. We assure our customers that quality and comfort would never be an issue. We promise to deliver the same products as shown on the product page. We stand for our word.
If incase the product received at the time of delivery is damaged then we take responsibility to process an exchange or a full refund to the customer. Plating is sensitive to moisture. All 925 sterling silver with gold plated jewelry does lose a bit of it’s color over time.

Here’s how you can extend the life of your gold plated jewelry :

1 – Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup.
2 – Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising.
3 – For best care, try and store the jewelry in the packaging provided at the time of purchase ( When not in use )
4 – Clean your plated jewelry gently with a cloth.
